In reply to . Dye Sublimation printing is best when used on polyester or other synthetic fabrics which is printed using special inkjet printers with special inks. Direct to garment printing (using direct to garment printers) is very good for t-shirts made of cotton (natural fibers). For a lot of printing (larger numbers) screen printing is cost effective but for small lots direct printing is cheaper. you can make any kind of detailed designs with different colors with direct to garment printing; it is quite durable but not as much as screen printing.
