Sorry for the late reply. You can apply a fusible backing fabric to the back of the work to prevent the stitches irritating the skin. It fixes on the fabric with heat and pressure. Attach from the back, ofcourse.

They rubbed my skin everytime I walk.
Is any way I can fix it without seamstress help. Adding a cover up to the design inside?
